Today, the sitcom has almost become a dying art form. Sure, there are still funny comedy shows out there like How I Met Your Mother, but all of these newer sitcoms just aren’t the same. If you were lucky enough to grow up as a ‘90s kid, then you were able to live through the golden age of sitcoms where half-hour shows were actually magical. In fact, it wasn’t uncommon to learn many life lessons and values from a sitcom. I know you’ve seen all those Mr. Feeny memes on Pinterest! Personally, I prefer these cheesy family comedies or bewitching coming of age stories to the raunchy or shallow ones often seen now.
