invited to tea

Jessica Dotta’s debut novel Born of Persuasion launches on September 1st. To celebrate, she’s having a Downton Abbey inspired Tea Party with 31 days of giveaways. And guess what? You’re invited.

We’re coming in a little late to the tea party, but that’s okay. Jessica’s only on Day 9, so there are plenty of giveaways still to go. So head on over to Jessica’s Facebook Page, press like and get started!

There I am joining in on the tea party! I decided to add a little bit of the western style into the mix.

Besides giveaways, you can also participate in the book launch by joining in and taking a picture of yourself having high tea! Here at The Silver Petticoat Review, Autumn, Rebecca and myself have all joined the special tea book launch and can’t wait to see everyone there!

born-of-persuasion-book-covBorn of Persuasion is a historical fiction novel with elements of gothic and romance. If you like Jane Austen or Charlotte Bronte, this is the book for you! For our full thoughts, read Autumn’s review.

We also have put up a sneak peek of the book. You can read the first chapter here.

So join in on the fun! Grab your hats, hold up a teacup and smile.
