And now we can watch Hallmark shows and movies on Hallmark Movies Now without a cable subscription (Because, let’s face it: who needs cable in the world of streaming these days?).

ABOUT HALLMARK MOVIES NOW – HALLMARK’S STREAMING SERVICE

In 2017, Hallmark Movies Now joined the growing world of streaming services. The unique streaming service offers wholesome and romantic entertainment, including rom-coms, period dramas, and even mysteries.

The streaming service includes original content from all three cable channels: Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama. So, lots of good movies, including older films and newer ones.

According to Hallmark Movies Now, “Subscribers to the service have access to nearly 1,000 hours of commercial-free Hallmark-branded original content, including fan favorites from the vast Hallmark Hall of Fame library.

The service is available on iOS, Android, Roku, and Amazon Fire with the option of a monthly or annual subscription.” So, you can choose a monthly plan or a yearly subscription based on your preference.

HOW MUCH IS HALLMARK MOVIES NOW?

Hallmark Movies Now is an affordable option compared to other streaming services and cable. You have two choices.

First, you can save money by paying for an annual subscription of $59.99, which is only $4.99 a month. Or, you can pay $5.99 monthly if you prefer to pay monthly rather than an annual fee.

Thankfully, Hallmark Movies Now has another option: You can sign up for a one-week free trial to see if Hallmark Movies Now is for you.

HOW TO CANCEL HALLMARK MOVIES NOW

If you decide Hallmark Movies Now is not for you (or perhaps you have too many streaming channels and need to make a cut), Hallmark Movies Now is easy to cancel. According to their FAQ, canceling depends on the device or service used.

Say, for instance, you subscribed on the Hallmark Movies Now website; you need to click on your account, edit your subscription, and click to cancel the subscription. It’s that easy.

However, if you subscribed through a third party like Amazon Prime, you would need to click on “Manage Your Prime Video Channels,” find the Hallmark Movies Now channel, and then cancel the channel and confirm.

Finally, if you subscribed to the app through a smartphone, tablet, or Roku, I recommend checking out their FAQ section and clicking on the particular device you used. They have specific instructions on how to cancel your account for each device.

WHAT CAN YOU FIND ON HALLMARK MOVIES NOW?

While not every movie from Hallmark’s three network channels is on Hallmark Movies Now, the streaming service is constantly adding brand new content (some exclusive content) every month, so there are always plenty of sweet romances and mysteries to check out.

From fan-favorite Hallmark TV Shows like When Calls the HeartWhen Hope CallsGood WitchChesapeake Shores, and Signed, Sealed, Delivered to underrated romantic dramas like Cedar Cove (canceled too soon), period dramas like Emily of New Moon, and impressive Hallmark Hall of Fame movies you may have missed the first time around, there’s something for all the romantics out there.

(I admit to being partial to Hallmark Hall of Fame movies, but I include a little of everything.)

About Autumn Topping

In second grade, Autumn wrote her first story, “The Spinach Monster,” and hasn't stopped writing since. Intrigued by the tales her grandmother told of vampires, witches, and ghosts as a girl, she's always been drawn to the fantastic. Later, Autumn studied English and Creative Writing (continuing her love for classic literature and everything old-fashioned) and graduated with an MA in Children’s Literature and an MS in Library & Information Science from Simmons College. Currently, she co-runs this lovely site and works as a YA Librarian.
