15 Favorite Hallmark Romances, Part 2 – More Romance to Enjoy!

Over the years, one of the constants in my TV fangirl life is the Hallmark Channel. Through the many years of faithful Hallmark viewing, I have amassed many of their titles on DVD. And those I don’t own end up on the DVR. Suffice to say, I have a few favorites from Hallmark’s library of romances so today I share a few favorites with “15 Hallmark Romances, Part 2” list.

Since I last shared 15 of my favorite Hallmark Channel Romances (over two years ago now!), I’ve seen many a new original (and anticipate discovering more!). Some of which made me smile, but left little impression, and then there are those that left an impression and have an “it” factor that makes them sparkle.

Today we follow up “part one” of favorite Hallmark romances with a second list. Excluded from the list will be any Christmas favorites because they’re in a class all they’re own. Below I invite you to read about 15 more favorite Hallmark movies.

15 Favorite Hallmark Romances, Part 2

1: Anything For Love (2016)

This one is super cute, and its leads have a nice easy-going chemistry. It’s about an exec who finds her career intimidates the men she dates. Paul Greene (When Calls the Heart) plays the guy who isn’t intimidated, but is he hiding a secret?

2: Cooking with Love (2018)

Frequent “best friend” actress Ali Liebert pairs with Agents of SHIELD’s Brett Dalton in this romance. It’s all about a producer and know-it-all chef who must find common ground for the sake of a cooking show.

3: Dater’s Handbook

15 Favorite Hallmark Romances, Part 2

Newly minted royal Meghan Markle stars in this romance about a career professional that’s made bad romantic choices. Just when she decides to follow a self-help dating book, she meets two very different men which forces her to confront what she really wants.

4: Frozen in Love (2018)

15 Favorite Hallmark Romances, Part 2

If you love the dislike-turns-to-like trope, this one is perfect for you. It’s full of witty banter as a hockey star with a bad rep, and book shop owner work together to earn good publicity. Rachael Leigh Cook and Niall Matter star.

5: Love Blossoms

This film (which was a last-minute schedule addition) is a quiet, underrated Hallmark about the creation of a new perfume. The film has a talented cast and is a swoony romance.

6: Love Once and Always (2018)

This one has a vintage “old-fashioned” quality that’s charming. The story revolves around a “Gilded Age” estate that’s about to be demolished. Naturally, the leading couple is on opposing sides of the debate.

7: My Favorite Wedding

15 Favorite Hallmark Romances, Part 2

Maggie Lawson and When Calls the Heart’s Paul Greene co-star in this funny comedy. It’s about a wedding that comes with a few hiccups including a maid of honor (Lawson) and best man (Greene) who don’t always get along.

  1. Thanks for doing all the hard work for us, Rissi! I admit I’m a hard sell (without a lot of time for viewing) so I’ll just stick to your recommendations.

    • Hi, Debra! My apologies for not responding to your comment before now. I hope you found some fun new Hallmark movies to try – and let me know if you’ve found any new favorites more recently. I’m always ready to create new Hallmark lists. 🙂

  2. It’s fun making these lists and Hallmark gives us so many good films to choose from. I too love Winter Love Story, Love Blossoms and Dater’s Handbook. I also am fan of Falling for Vermont, Loving Leah, How to Fall in Love, Be My Valentine, The Memory Book ( which is a Hallmark Movies and Mysteries film), Surprised by Love, All Things Valentine, The Irresistible Blueberry Farm (HMM), The Art of Us, All For Love, Love at First Dance, Season for Love and Snowcoming. I’ve learned that many of my favorites Hallmark films are because I enjoy watching certain actors more than others.

    • Right? I agree, Brittaney! There are SO many new possibilities to discover and enjoy. 🙂 “The Memory Book” is one of my favorites, and I also love ‘First Dance,’ ‘Art,’ and “All for Love” (this one ALWAYS puts a smile on my face no matter how many re-watches!). I enjoy many of the others you mention too. There’s just too many to pick from. Have you seen any recent new favorites? (Also, so sorry I didn’t reply before now! Thanks for the comment.)
